“I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for the opportunities the library gave me.”
― Alan Moore
By Comics4Kids INC
WE are inviting YOU and your parents to read some comics that you already have possession of and then submit your “REVIEW” to us and we will send you your choice of ONE free copy of THE CREATURE ACADEMY illustrated by Kevin Konrad Hanna, WAYFARER’S MOON, or a signed ADVENTURE TIME: PLAYING WITH FIRE softcover courtesy of BOOM! Studios! Alternatively, you may select from an assortment of STAR TREK graphic novels courtesy of CBS Television Distribution! Older readers may choose the Wolverine Jungle Adventure softcover as a prize!
Here’s how it works:
Anyone up to 18 years old from anywhere in the United States can read some comics and then submit as many separate “reports” as they want. Any comics published, in any genre, may qualify as good source material. Comics you may already have around the house!
We will read all submissions and pick the ones we liked the best and send the winner their prize in the mail! No shipping costs at all for you or parents!
What kinds of responses are we looking for?
We don’t care what you choose or whether you loved or hated it; what we care about is what you have to say about it!!
So whether you were moved by motives, enlightened by an epiphany, duped by a development, outraged by an occurrence, intrigued by a ingenue, or confused by a cautionary tale, tell us what got your attention and why!
We’re open to pretty much any response that follows the general guidelines found here:

Terms of Submission
Before being published, your submission will be reviewed. It will be checked to see that it does not contain any inappropriate language. By sending us your work, you are giving Comics4Kids INC permission to edit, promote, and put up on comics4kidsinc.org
However, because lots of students send us work, we won’t be able to publish all of the work that we receive. Also, it is really important to send us only work that you made from scratch and not any work that you copied from somewhere else. Thank you.
How can Parents, Teachers, and children use this challenge?
If you’re looking to add more time with your children, we think this is a pretty easy way to do it.
And, since kids can choose from anything at all published in a comic book, EVER, it’s also an easy way to encourage them to find and follow their own interests and passions!
Please post any questions to our CONTACT page and we’ll answer you soon.
Veronica / age 7:
“I would like to say that the comic book Iron man: acts of vengeance is a very intriguing comic where i like the color of it and how it shows the anger in the wrecker’s emotions and face where it shows how he is really angry at Iron man and will do anything to destroy him and then at the end i like how Iron man’s friend’s brother turns against him and tries to destroy Iron man too at the end as a suspension turner for readers as like me because it really makes me get interested in the comic book even more”
